2.
Setup your Internet as you would normally.
Enter the provided
number to connect.
Generally if you are using 415-200-1160 you would now use
415-200-1161
Here
is our lookup table, enter
your area code and first 3 numbers of your telephone number.
Make sure the number you calling is local as we will not be
responsible for toll charges.
3. The same User ID and password for the regular
account that is located on the
Account Information Sheet provided by
us when you signed up.
It should look something like "i981002" or
"x991002" or "e-mail address"
For the 7 day test account use the User ID and password
provided in the e-mail you received.
4. Close all your browser and e-mail programs.
Double click to install the file you downloaded
(Hi_Speed_3065.exe), you are done
5. If the setting below
shows up choose
option below enter " no Username and no Password... "
6. Connect as normal and make sure
your Hi-Speed is enabled
Right click on the icon, and you have options to view
status, stop or start slipstream
7. If things
don't seem to work, close all programs and restart the computer and
connect again.
Note: You can change the settings by clicking the SlipStream icon, but default
settings will be
generally the faster balanced speed settings.
8. Getting Full Image Quality without changing settings
Note: The following information applies only when browsing with Internet
Explorer.
While browsing, if you
would like to request the full quality image, simply right-click on the
desired
image from within Internet Explorer and select "Show Original
Image" from the menu (shown below).
Note: The
following information applies to all Browsers including Internet Explorer.
The image quality setting
changes the quality of images that appear in your connection. T
he higher
the
quality you select, the longer it will take the image to load.
For
slower Internet connections, it is
recommended that you lower your image
quality.
This slider can be adjusted anytime while browsing.
Right-click on the Slipstream Web Accelerator system tray icon, and you
can slide the bar.
You can change the
pop-up options and white lists.
